I'm not certain if this is the right forum for this, so move it if need be.
I just read an article in the local paper about a new app in the Apple Store. It's called Reading Racehorse. Basically, the app is designed to help a child learn how to read but it doesn't read the entire story. The child touches a word and it is spoken out loud. I'm pretty sure it's not incredibly groundbreaking or anything, but I thought it was neat. The only source for info I could find was www.readingracehorse.com
It's always great when people can help kids to read.
