Forgive me if this is redundant, but I couldn't find any advice.
If you're in an exclusive with an agent and it has expired without any contact from said agent AND you have material requests from other agents (who were waiting for the exclusive to expire), do you let the first agent know you're continuing with the process? I'm don't mean asking for permission, I'm sure they're well aware you're continuing with your quest, but should you gently nudge or wait to hear from them?
