Writing about family illness

I have a story that I am writing about my father's illness, lupus. I'm not sure that it makes any sense, and I would like some people to take a look at it as it's not quite complete.

They say you should write fantasic worlds with magic and stuff, but my stuff tends to be realistic.

Can I copy paste it here? or is it better for someone to PM/email me?
