Complete with new title logo. We wanted it to still look grungy (to hint at what we do) but we wanted a more professional look rather than the personal blog look we had going on before.

And not before time, as we just hit 50,000 views!

I like the new look a lot. The wallpaper looks perfect for your theme, as does the red font. Actually, my only negative comment would be the ad displayed so prominently. I can understand why you include an ad, but I think it detracts from the overall image of the site.

Understood, but that's unlikely to change- we are joined with Blogher and they have a limited selection of ad sizes, and we thought the one ad was better than all the little ones.

Ads make everyone sad, but they have to appear "above the fold."
