Hello! I've been dabbling in writing for years now and have recently become a bit more focussed in what I do. I've started a fantasy/YA manuscript and also want to start honing my poetry skills more - I write pretty average verse but I love the genre so I'd love to improve my skills.

My best friend/primary beta reader recommended this site as a good place to find like-minded people and information about the craft of writing so I'm here to make friends and learn :)

If you go to the bottom of the page to the 'forum jump' you can scroll down and find all the areas of this place. After you post 50 posts you can use the SYW areas to get help there. The password for some of the areas is…..vista. A word to the wise, it would be a good idea to participate first in helping others before you think about posting your own work. After you have been around here for awhile, then post something of your own for help. Good luck.
