"Code based" doesn't mean anything. Is it php? asp? simple HTML with / without CSS? Python? ;p
Provide a little more details, please.

And what do you want done with it? Replace your current website with this one and transfer the content from one template to the other? Or a conversion of the new template to a CMS?

Simple html and css? I probably can. There's a good chance you can do it yourself too.
Put all the files of the new template, zip it, put the zip file on your website and pm me the URL. I'll see what I can do.

Darren Frey (http://absolutewrite.com/forums/member.php?u=49529): *raises hand* Maybe I can help. I actually build websites for a living. lol. Well, ok, it's *one* of the things I do. But anyways, what you're mentioning doesn't make much sense. You say the website is code based, but you've given no explanation of the site, the CMS engine (if you're using one) or anything like that. I'm pretty sure I can help walk you through it, but a bit more information would be useful for that.
FrederickCross (http://absolutewrite.com/forums/member.php?u=53105): Since you're already getting the file from the OP with the template in it, I'll let you take the lead on this. If I can help out in any way, let me know. My guess is he probably has a WordPress or Joomela site, which if true makes this a lot easier. :) Either way, let me know if I can do anything to help.

Steven: He has a static html website but he sent me a template for something (don't remember what it was, Joomla or maybe MyBB). In any case, it wasn't very good and I directed him to a site where he could get an actual website template instead. And I never heard back.
