Hello Water Cooler Community,
My name is Yvonne and I joined this community yesterday evening instead of ironing another basket of shirts. Good choice, huh?!
I have a day job, but am always on the look-out to discover the plan B in order to make writing a full-time occupation and not just an addiction that gets me into hot water with the family
. Wait and see.
So far I have written a ton of stuff, but nothing published yet. The NaNoWriMo 2010 challenge provided me with the necessary strangle-hold to get my first novel written from beginning to end. Now, if I could just get it all polished up. Is anyone else an NaNoWriMo-ite?
My main interest is fiction writing. Though I do puzzle around with the memoire and diary genres.
My favorites author list comprises Margaret Atwood, Mikhail Bulgakov,Patricia Highsmith, Hans Fallada,L.Tolstoi, and many others.
Looking forward to future exchanges in this community.

NaNoWriMo helped me finish my first novel too.
