Hello,

I've been lurking here off and on for a couple of years and decided I should really just sign up and be part of the community.

I am querying a young adult fantasy at the moment and my WIP is an adult urban fantasy/paranormal romance.

I'm new to this. What is "WIP?" I am from the medical field, (insurance billing) so to me that means "What Insurance Pays." Forgive me, I am clueless some days...
