I found Absolute Write awhile ago, but never joined. College got in the way, but now that I've graduated, I have more free time to write! I've tried joining and starting other writer's groups before but haven't gotten anywhere...so I hope it goes better here.

If you go to the bottom of the page to the ‘forum jump’ you can scroll down and find all the areas of this place. Most of the SYW areas require the password of ….vista. A word to the wise, (50 posts), it would be a good idea to participate first in helping others before you think about posting your own work. After you have been around here for awhile, then post something of your own for help. Good luck.

50 posts. So take some time to greet fellow newbies, critique other members’

:welcome: I'm in the same boat - graduated from college and now trying to write more. (Trying because now procrastination, not scheduling, is my main antagonist!)

I write science fiction/fantasy with horror mixed in. I researched steampunk on college for a project, so I'm really, very up to date on the steamy world, I suppose. As for age group, I'm hoping YA fits.

I don't like popcorn... I get dehydrated really fast and popcorn's one of those things that doesn't help... >_>
