Let's report here, and keep the WPR for weekly stuff--that way we get to report our most excellent progress in two places.

I did my 1k yesterday!

Today is going to be a little tough because I don't have any childcare, but I will make it. I am going for averages, if I go over, I get to have that in the "word bank" if I need it for the next day.

Go Joanne!

Go Kita!

Where is everyone else?

Well, here I am, all by my lonesome self. It's so empty and echoey in here, but let me yell...

I did my 1k today-ay-ay-ay-ay!

Is anybody in here?

Who turned out the lights?

I'll dance with you, Lisa! I've been out of town, and I'm on airplanes all day today, but I've cranked out somewhere between 3-5K words so far this month, and I'll crank out another 1K while I'm flying.

Sound off, you slackers! Lisa is in here being a good example!

LISA, for heaven's sake!

I walked 1k the other day.

Hey Mac,

Hope you aren't actually flying the dang thing yourself while writing.
Aren't there laws against that?

ba-da-bing

Tiaga,

Don't make me come over there, wolfie. :)

I'm in a minor panic now, which isn't good because it makes me want to stick my head in the sand. I was out of town yesterday and most of today, and I'm exhausted. But I have alot of catchup writing to do. Yikes and a half.

oh oh a-oh
oh oh a-oh

but clanking in at an average of better than 1k a day. Guess I'll sleep during Christmas...

Sleep is for Wimps, Allen.

I don't think I quite kept up with the 1k 2day challenge this past week. I need to get a count as most of my work was done longhand while traveling last week. Will definitely try to do better this week.

So far today I've completed a 600 word column. I have just received notice that a Dec. 1st deadline has moved to THIS FRIDAY! ACK!

I'll count up my words for last week and post soon. Meanwhile, keep it going!

Working on it now. Can't find the scrap of paper that I wrote my starting word count on today...

Get TO it, girlie! You're running out of "today" to write with. :) Must be all that dancing--cuts into the writing time!

Some of us are waiting anxiously to READ that book, ya know. :D

Hmm. Running a couple hundred words short for yesterday. Will have to do something about that today.

Ugh! I found the scrap of paper that had my word count in my car this morning and I was short by a little over 200 words.

I'm not gonna let it get to me though (any more). Today is a clean slate and I'm already falling asleep. I mean, I've already done a few hundred words.

My count for today is 1227 making up for the 200 I was short yesterday.

Might write some more later tonight. Will just have to see how it goes.

I'm finishing up my day at exactly 1110 words.

Took me all freakin' day, but I finally topped out at 1129. Whew. Think I might sleep soon.

C'mon guys. Status report?

What I did was so lame, I'm not even going to post it--okay, 350 words. I won't even start the list of lame reasons--okay, I got locked out of the house, and a multitude of unforseen events. Please can I stay after school for detention?

Today is a clean slate. Pressing RESET now.

Have squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeezed out 1213 words today. It was like pulling teeth. From a sabre-toothed tiger. Without the benefit of tranquilizers or leather gloves.

Don't know why things were so tough today. *shrug*

Anybody else?

I'm just sitting down. Impossible day--no preschool on Thursdays, and packing for long weekend. It's one of those days where I have to look back at the last three weeks and appreciate how much I've done so I can keep my momentum.

Thanks, Unique.

I pulled something like 570ish words from the air and entered them into my manuscript.
Not a thousand, but I'll take it.

Gotta get some rest. It's 2am and my daughter will be up at six.

But let me tell you a secret: my manuscript is now at 23,668.

Oh my.

Well, today I did 1038 words.

That's not a secret, Lisa, that is something to shout from the mountaintops!

WOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOO!

Keep cranking!
