Just joined Absolute Write. Here's a bit about me. Writing is a hobby at this stage for me and I'm currently working on a memoir and a screenplay. The focus is the memoir for now as this keeps me busy in my early morning writing sessions.
Recently I started writing slogans and greeting cards text and just landed my first paid one (though there were quite a few rejections beforehand).

I'm new here as well.
Though I am the incarnation of Walter Mitty, the lead character in my novel is a master of Wushu and and Tai Chi, (style unspecified).

Excellent site, professionally done. Very pleasant voice.

If you go to the bottom of the page to the ‘forum jump’ you can scroll down and find all the areas of this place. Most of the SYW areas require the password of ….vista. A word to the wise, (50 posts), it would be a good idea to participate first in helping others before you think about posting your own work. After you have been around here for awhile, then post something of your own for help. Good luck.

Yes, I do teach littlies. We have a program called 'Pozitive Kidz are happy kidz' which focuses on building self esteem from a Tai Chi perspective. It's for primary schools here in Australia - ages 5-12.
