Hello everyone,

After lurking for a day or two and reading some great posts, I decided to register and jump in. You all make it hard to resist.

I've been plying my trade for the video game industry for many years, but was inspired to finally set out and do my own thing.

Anyhow, cool place you got here. Wish I'd found it sooner!

Welcome to AW. Hope you enjoy your stay with us.
How do you like your popcorn?

If you go to the bottom of the page to the ‘forum jump’ you can scroll down and find all the areas of this place. Most of the SYW areas require the password of ….vista. A word to the wise, (50 posts), it would be a good idea to participate first in helping others before you think about posting your own work. After you have been around here for awhile, then post something of your own for help. Good luck.

Hello again and thanks for the warm welcome, everyone! :D

Here are some quick responses to some of your comments.

-I love popcorn. I even have it for dinner sometimes.

-Video games will always be some part of my life, but I could do without the behind-the-scenes shenanigans. Like others, I have played with the idea of writing a fictional account of my time in the game industry without coming off like it was Office Space or The Office. It's challenging, as I have had more than my fair share of Bill Lumberghs, David Brents, and Michael Scotts.

They in part made the decision to "level-up" an easy one.
