This is going to be short, I'm very tired, but I finally activated my account and hopefully will be able to get on here pretty often. This looks like an awesome bunch of forums full of resources, and I'm really excited to be here!

I write "modern fiction," and want to pursue writing as a career... I'm 22, and just starting to really dig in and see where I can go. Hopefully this place can help me along in my journey, and hopefully I'll meet some great people!

Welcome aboard Moni!

It's the journey, not the destination -- nice attitude. I'm a newbie just like you, and I hope I'll see you around.

Good luck with your endeavours.

Welcome to AW. Hope you enjoy your stay with us.
How do you like your popcorn?

If you go to the bottom of the page to the ‘forum jump’ you can scroll down and find all the areas of this place. Most of the SYW areas require the password of ….vista. A word to the wise, (50 posts), it would be a good idea to participate first in helping others before you think about posting your own work. After you have been around here for awhile, then post something of your own for help. Good luck.

Wow, thanks for the warm welcome everyone- everyone seems so friendly :)

I've been perusing the various forums and feel like I have so little to contribute, but I suppose it's just a matter of jumping on in, eh?

Thank you all again!

M

PS: I like my popcorn extra buttery and EXTRA salty- mmm...

Hi, Moni! Welcome to AW! Sorry that you're tired...I am, too!

I'm a newb too, but I've been lurking on the site for some time.

Maybe I'll see you around these parts. Good luck with all of your writing ventures!

Best,
Anna

Feel free to pitch in your two cents; it's always nice to see things from a different perspective in the world of writing.

Welcome, Moni! I'm rather new, too, and yes, I think it IS a matter of just jumping in. ...At least, that's what I've been doing. :)
