Hi.

I'm Rina. I'm an aspiring novelist/blogger/songwriter/etc looking to make some new writer friends to find inspiration with and trade works for proofreading/critiquing.

Some random trivia about me: my least favorite color is orange, I don't like my TV to be educational, and I really, really miss the days when typewriters were the thing to use. I have two ridiculous cats named "the Hellcat" and Fast-Action Eddie, which I am way too enamored with. I tend to be rather sarcastic, a tad misanthropic, and humor is my coping mechanism for EVERYTHING.

I hope we'll get to be great friends.

Take a wander around the various forums, there's lots to see and lots to learn, and even some fun threads too. Come along and pop on over to the Newbie Pub (at the top of the Newbie forum) and say hi, there's plenty of friendly faces that you can chat with and lots of banter. There's also the Question of the Day threads at the top of the Newbie forum where you can answer random questions.

Don't forget to read the newbie guide, and if you want to know what all the buttons mean check out this thread.

Welcome! Don't worry, most of what is on TV isn't educational, so you should be fine. I'm the exact opposite, but that's why I turn to the internet to find my television. Much easier to find something truthful.

Hope to see your work around here soon! I also miss typewriters. Click click clickity click cuhchung! click clickity click.. etc. Atleast, that's how the ancient typewriter I used to have sounded!
