I'm rescuecatsrule, usually known on forums as RCR ... really need to get my stories finished but I'll start off posting my non-stupid poetry ... just finding one now on another site (most of them are posted on another forum, won't post the link because I have no idea whether links to other forums are allowed and don't want to get banned ever ...

Well, as a cat lover (points to her own name), I think that's a great name! :D

BTW, there's also an "AlleyCat" here, and she's been here longer than I have, lol. Hope that's not too confusing. :)

Greetings and welcome to the watercooler :welcome:

Take a wander around the various forums, there's lots to see and lots to learn, and even some fun threads too. Come along and pop on over to the Newbie Pub (at the top of the Newbie forum) and say hi, there's plenty of friendly faces that you can chat with and lots of banter. There's also the Question of the Day threads at the top of the Newbie forum where you can answer random questions.

Don't forget to read the newbie guide, and if you want to know what all the buttons mean check out this thread.

Welcome! How many rescued cats do you have or do you rescue cats? (Did that make sense?) I got my female cat from a shelter and my male as a kitten, in which the owner didn't want because he was hungry all the time and taking her child's bottle...He was to young to be away from momma to begin with.

I used to volunteer in cat rescue, got one grey and white cat, before that I had a tortoiseshell (both rescues from the same place, tortie died from cancer)

Tortie is short for tortoiseshell by the way ..............

Grey and white's called Dylan, tortie was called Beauty.

Welcome to AW. Hope you enjoy your stay with us.
How do you like your popcorn?

If you go to the bottom of the page to the ‘forum jump’ you can scroll down and find all the areas of this place. Most of the SYW areas require the password of ….vista. A word to the wise, (50 posts), it would be a good idea to participate first in helping others before you think about posting your own work. After you have been around here for awhile, then post something of your own for help. Good luck.

Doesn't sound like a bad title to me.

I'm a cat lover as well. I have my 14 year old farm kitty who looks like medium haired calico/tabby that someone took the smudge tool to and my 6 year old mancoon mix. The later of which I've taken to calling "Tribble" because when she sits on the arm of the couch she just looks like a big hair ball. :D
