Hey, I'm Shawty. Glad to be here. This seems like a real active site and I'm having a lot of fun here so far. I have written a few novels and am no longer interested in having them published, much to the bitter disappointment of my family. I -may- consider it again in the future when I have written a ~terrific~ novel and feel like revising the others enough to send them out again, but it's unlikely. I have considered writing a novel again, however.
For the last few months, I have been aware of something very important about myself:
I am going to be a famous, respected, admired, adored playwright. Just you watch. This is nonnegotiable, so don't wish me luck. Bow down in awe and I will be pleased.
I have also learned that arrogance can get painfully shy people (like me) very far because we're so outside of our comfort zone that we don't worry about the outcome.
