I'd just like to introduce myself. I just joined Absolute Write. I am returning to writing after a long (25 year) absence. My bachelors degree was in creative writing in 1981. Then I became a psychotherapist and artist! I am rediscovering writing as an art form. I'm looking forward to learning how things work now a days. My website is turningpointart.com.

Hi there, and welcome to AW. I also wrote a lot when I was younger, but then did not do anything about it for years. Only when I became 50 I realized I wanted to be a published author - hence tried to find a publisher (with success, I'm glad to say).

If you go to the bottom of the page to the ‘forum jump’ you can scroll down and find all the areas of this place. Most of the SYW areas require the password of ….vista. A word to the wise, (50 posts), it would be a good idea to participate first in helping others before you think about posting your own work. After you have been around here for awhile, then post something of your own for help. Good luck.
