Just watched "Restrepo" the other night on Netflix. I implore people to watch it... it's worth your time.

At long last, a comment about the avatar! Now I can retire it. 
But more on point, we have an Army full of guys like Giunta, guys who volunteered to be there and who, when the chips are down in the mud, they automatically give their very best. A shame more folks can't do that, even by offering 5% of their best once a week when the going gets tough.
