I am Ludwik Kowalski, a retired nuclear physicist from New Jersey, USA. A am also the author of an autobiography (the link should appear below the signature). It illustrates my evolution from one extreme (being a devoted Stalinist student) to another (being an active anti-communist).

Why is this book free? Because writing it was a moral obligation to my parents, and to other victims of Stalinism. The more people know about proletarian dictatorship the less likely will we experience is. Please share the link with those who might be interested, especially with young people, and with potential reviewers. Thank you.

P.S. The photo shows me and my parents. It was taken in 1936, in Moscow, two years before my father was arrested and sent to Siberia. He died there two years later, at the age of 36.

Welcome to AW. Hope you enjoy your stay with us.
How do you like your popcorn?

If you go to the bottom of the page to the ‘forum jump’ you can scroll down and find all the areas of this place. Most of the SYW areas require the password of ….vista. A word to the wise, (50 posts), it would be a good idea to participate first in helping others before you think about posting your own work. After you have been around here for awhile, then post something of your own for help. Good luck.

Thanks for the welcome. Can anyone help me out here? I've passed the magic 50 (50 posts) and yet still can't post a new thread on the Query Letter Hell subforum. Any ideas why?

Thanks in advance.
