FBI Positions and Ranks

I'm working on a story (like who isn't?) that involves some agents from the FBI. Other than the position of special agent, what other field positions are there and does anyone know how some of the agents would address their fellow agents and bosses? Thanks in advance if you have anything to share.

This might give you a little bit of information: http://www.fbi.gov/contact/fo/fo.htm but your best bet is to call a local field office and talk to their public relations. They may even be able to give you some additional information that you can use in your story.
