Bean question-table of contents

Is there a way to do a table of contents in Bean? I've searched the Bean website and googled it....

You have to do it by hand.

No, I just need it my proposal-- hopefully someone else will be publishing my book, LOL....
I tried to do it by hand and it won't align properly. I'll have to get someone to do it for me then try to paste it... thanks

I'd use the Styles option in Bean, and use the ruler to set the alignment.
