Hard Drive Viewing program

Sorry if this has come up before, but I couldn't quite find it.

Does anyone use any of those programs that show you what exactly is on your hard drive and how much space it uses? I want to try and clear up space on my computer but I'm finding it a pain to try and go through every file. Much appreciated!

or just simply get WIndows 7 :P Ubuntu works too if your into development like meh
