Seeking Family Scripts

Looking for Copyrighted or Registered feature length Family/Children film scripts about Christmas from un-repped writers. Should be well written, smart, funny, high concept, commercially viable and be just an all around good time, something with a Chris Columbus/John Hughes feel to it. Scripts must take place in or around Chicago, IL or a small, non-specific mid-western town and fit in a budget of 5 million US or less. We are a group of young Producers/Directors with extensive experience in short films and are now making the transition to features; we have direct access to private investors.
