I keep getting emails claiming a PayPal dispute, but I don't have a Paypal account. Am I correct in that this is likely a phishing scam?

Yes, it is. Delete it!

Yup. You will get all sort of silliness claiming to be legit. I usually delete and report it as spam.

Yup. Don't click on the links.

They want access to bank-account information. Be careful. If they know your email address, they may know other information with which they could gain access to your bank account/credit cards.

I get emails from papal, ebay, banks I don't do business with, etc. Just delete them. Even if the email is from a company you do business with, don't click on the link. Use the web address you already have for them.
