The layout matches the theme. It's clean and easy to read. The posts are a good length.

You could do with adding a blog archive and subscription links to the side (it looks like a Blogger blog, so those are easily added... just add the relevant gadgets in the Design section).

As far as the content goes... your blurb implies it'll be a blog for men to make changes for their own benefit, because they'd like to be more masculine. But the example post is really about making changes because it's What Women Want. I think the former would be a better angle than the latter.

I like the idea but I think you might alienate quite a few potential readers with the tone of 'young people and "girls" are plenty ignorant'. You can be a style leader without the tone of disdain.
