You might want to check out the freelance subforum (http://www.absolutewrite.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=3), as that's the one dealing with non-fiction magazine submissions. They have market lists and useful stickies.

We're not the people to ask. This is the short fiction forum and you're not writing fiction. The markets I submit to won't want to see your work, because it's not fictional. The way I submit work doesn't apply, because the guidelines are different for fiction and non-fiction. It's a whole different beastie.

Like I said before, check out the freelance forum. They deal with short non-fiction pieces of all varieties and will be able to help you.
