I have a writing opportunity related to RC cars, trucks, helicopters, etc. This will be a fun, fun project for an RC enthusiast, with the potential to receive free products (as well as to earn $12/hour or more writing about your hobby!)

This assignment IS bylined, on a new Review website that is quickly working its way to the top of the search engine rankings.

If you -- or your spouse, child or a close friend -- is an RC enthusiast and you have the knowledge/connections/desire to write on the topic, please send me a private message detailing why you want this gig and a link to a writing clip or a short writing sample if you have no clips. (New writers welcome -- your sample should give me an idea that you can write in the style of www.allreviews.com.)

I'll be selecting a writer on Tuesday, Aug. 18, midnight (eastern time) so don't delay!

**** I just read the new guidelines for posting, I apologize for not including this in the title (Mod, if you'd like to/can edit, feel free). Pay is $12 per review, most take about an hour to write (in my experience) and are approximately 400 words long. I don't know what that works out to per word.

Maybe this sounds ignorant, but how do the writers review the products? Do you send them a RC car or something? Or do they have to write about a piece they own?

Good question, Michael. If you check out the website, you will see exactly what a "review" looks like. They are actually review summaries based on other reviews. But there are opportunities to receive free products if the writer wants to take the initiative and contact companies, too.

In writing review summaries and doing video reviews for this company, I've received baby strollers, vacuum cleaners and bedroom furniture to review (to name just a few things).
