Sex In e-Pubbed MMS Books

I'm published with the big five, but have an idea for an erotic romance that I think works as an e-published short work (most likely with Siren Bookstrand). In my searching I've read different things about the nature of MMF books. I'm confused if the men are "allowed" to have sex with each other because I've read that the men should be focused only on the woman.

So what's the deal? Man-man action, or not?

There is both MFM (no man on man) and MMF (with man on man). There is surprisingly little overlap in the readership because the underlying fanatasy seems to be rather different (i.e. 'two men want me' vs. 'I want two men'.)
