Hello all! :hi:

Well, I suppose I should introduce myself. I'm a (rather atypical) thirteen-year-old girl from England, currently working on one of many novels. I've been writing seriously for one or two years, and I'm determined to become a professional writer.

I discovered this site in April and I've been hooked ever since. I've found the boards to be extremely helpful and downright amusing at times. ('Ask ME your publishing questions' has become my new favourite thread!) Finally I plucked up the courage to join, clicked all the little buttons and, well, here I am!

When I was 13 I was desperate to become a pro writer. I sent manuscripts left right and centre. Somewhere between then and now I lost faith in myself to do it. I thought if its meant to be, it will be.

Don't let it happen to you Sembre - keep your focus and stick to that goal like whitetac to photos. In the end, you always want to live the dream, so make your life the pursuit of it.
