Woman goes on blowgun massacer!

Okay, it wasn't really a MASSACRE, but still...a 41 year old woman attacked several pedestrians with a blowgun, sling, and several rocks.

According to her, she did it because...

She allegedly told an officer that she "liked to hear people say ouch."

Oddly, I understand her reasoning...kinda...
