Don't know how, but while I was researching eye placement and depth perception (for science fiction), I stumbled across THIS (http://www.majorityrights.com/index.php/weblog/comments/the_evolution_of_blond_hair_and_blue_eyes_among_no rdics/) four year old blog entry.

I want to do the same thing to this guy I did to that kid back seventh grade who made a racist comment in front of me: kick his chair backwards ... HARD. And I wonder how he'd 'scientifically' explain this fair lady of Nordic descent who prefers a hot black or Asian man over Brad Pitt any day? Sigh. I really wish I didn't stumble across this. Just wasted half my damn day fuming.

" The conclusions are clear...we have yet more reasons to keep the non-white masses out of the West, even if they are as intelligent and as well-behaved as whites are...allowing mass migration of non-whites to the West is madness."

Ummmm. Ummmm.

It's from a website called Majorityrights.com

At first I thought this was from a white surpremist blog disguised as science. Or I should say, 19th century science. But it's even stranger than that. There's a big deal about our 'special relationship' with the Brits and the logo is a map of Western and Northern Europe. a lot of it, though is about how the writer is sexually attracted to blonde women and how he finds woman from India unattractive.

I think they are related to some sort of white supremacist anarchist...something. I look all over their site and their links and they are simply NUTS.

If anyone knows anything more about this, please post it. It's very strange.

Two things:

1) All the Miss USA contestants that he shows are brunettes, not blonds

2) In the discussion, he makes a point of criticizing the lack of a butt and the lack of hips on one of the "non-white" ladies. This lady (http://blogmedown.tv/wp-content/uploads/2008/05/big_hot-women-halle-berry01.jpg) doesn't show up in the discussion. But she certainly has a butt and hips. Plus, everything else that he seems to think is so important.

I started to realize this was bullshit when I saw the obvious slobbering over various movie starlets and selectively clipped photos ("The slum of all fears"? The porn ad in the pic? WTF?). Hey, what do I know about evolutionary science? But what's worse is there are millions of dolts who will simply swallow this as science, as a wiser man than I put it, because it sounds like something they already believe.
The website itself while not overtly racist, appears very conservative and obsessed with racial issues. Like an EU version of American Spectator :D

Honestly, I think whoever wrote this article should just be disregarded as a nut.

A nut and a terrible terrible person.

And to those who might regard the author of this article as anything but a hate-filled animal spitting racism, read this, from the article:

Black Africans would appear to have been in a position to improve their looks, too, given their high rates of promiscuity, but like their abysmally low IQ, they do not seem to have evolved a better aesthetic sense, and retain some of the most primitive facial features around.

I think that's all you need to know about this guy.

I would now like to be very cryptic and describe to everyone here the one and only message forum on the internet which has all of the following traits:

1) It's nearly 20 years old and still going strong -- deemed by web enthusiasts to be the absolute oldest civilian (non-scientific and non-military) message forum in the history of the internet.
2) It's populated almost entirely by racists, neo-nazis, klansmen, skin heads, patriots, and "racialists"
3) It's a VBulletin board just like this one, ad it even has the exact same color layout as this one (creepy!)
4) I REFUSE TO NAME THAT MESSAGE FORUM BECAUSE I DO NOT WANT TO GIVE THEM THE FREE AIR TIME!

If you really want to get a glimpse into the psyche of "those people," become a lurker on their forum. Read and learn. Scary shit abounds there, folks. Really scary shit.

I request that no one here name that forum by name. Just a request. I won't protest if you go ahead and do it. But that's a personal request from me. If you truly wanna find them, I just drew a map of who they are and a Google search or two should be easy enough for you.

You guys are simply no fun. If you look at it right, this was hilarious. How can you not be entertained by such pearls of wisdom as these:

For instance, a black man would typically prefer a 250-pound white woman to a 350-pound black woman. I'm pretty sure that's not what the kid meant, but it's a brilliant slip to erase the need for the white/black tags. His subconscious and his typing fingers don't believe what he's trying to articulate.

And I found it interesting that when he posted the photos of the Indian "untouchables" he neglected to post corresponding crowd shots of average-looking white women. Even blondes come in average and worse.

I've heard it said that the blonde thing in Europe is because blonde is associated with youth and fertility ( not without cause - many Caucasion people here are blonde as youngsters and get darker as they age. I was blonde - until I had my first kid then it started getting darker). In central Europe - Germany, France, UK etc - this kinda holds true, and then the Nordics have an advantage because they tend to stay blonde even when older. So as an evolutionary trait ( blonde = young and fertile) it might hold true here - but in the rest of the world? Not so much!

Can you spell "eugenics (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eugenics)," kiddies? At least you're in good company.
In the USA, eugenic supporters included Theodore Roosevelt, pre-1960's Democratic Party, the National Academy of Sciences, the American Medical Association and the National Research Council. Research was funded by distinguished philanthropies (including Carnegie Institution) and carried out at prestigious universities. It was taught in college and high school classrooms. Margaret Sanger founded Planned Parenthood of America to urge the legalization of contraception for the lower classes. In its time eugenics was touted by some as scientific and progressive, the natural application of knowledge about breeding to the arena of human life. Before the realization of death camps in World War II, the idea that eugenics would lead to genocide was not taken seriously by the average American.

How that actually refutes anything, I don't know. The only point you managed to make is that you think ugly people shouldn't have children. And that's a pretty offensive point of view to most people.

The way that you "disagreed" with this fellow's views also managed to sideswipe people who have no control over the way they look.

Are you referring to one particular post, or all of them taken as a whole?

You mocked them rather mercilessly for it, actually, and implied that they ought not have children because they were --in your opinion--so ugly.

I am truly a complete bastard.

How that actually refutes anything, I don't know.

I'm not sure which post or which statement you're referring to here.

The only point you managed to make is that you think ugly people shouldn't have children. And that's a pretty offensive point of view to most people.

I wouldn't be surprised if absolutely everyone has views that are offensive to someone. It's a fact of life.

The sooner someone invents a mirror like that the better. Every person on this Earth without exception could use a good long look.

I... well, it hard to respond. I guess I wouldn't waste time responding to a blog like that. It's just... a waste of time.

I stopped reading when the pictures of the girls ended, thinking, "I do her. I'd do her. I'd do her for sure. I wish she'd do me. I wish any of them would do me."

I don't care what he/she wrote. The pictures of the girls undermine his very arguement. The only way you coulkd say that you wouldn't go to bed with any of those girls if they insisted is that you are sexually repressed to an extreme where you must hate yourself.

Because of you turned any of those girls down you'd go home and beat the shit out of yourself for being sooooo stupid!

This is an example of why Wikipedia should be treated with caution. I think it would be more accurate if it said;

Quote:
Before the realization of death camps in World War II, the idea that eugenics could possibly lead to genocide if severely abused by a totalitarian regime whose entire ideology is based on notions of racial purity and supremacy, would not have occurred to the average American.

So, change it! It's Wikipedia!

There was at least one sort of like it on The Twilight Zone, which also did "Eye of the Beholder," examining different standards of beauty and their treatment by a strict authoritarian society, and "Number Twelve Looks Just Like You," where there was a limited number of looks allowed and people had to change to fit one, then wear name tags to tell who the hell they were!

If you're trying to say I'm being a bit of a righteous beyotch, you may be correct. Lord knows I spent enough time being mocked over my own looks that I have little patience when I see it being done to anyone, however little I know them, if it all. That's true whether the person saying it is a racist (like the author of the blog) or not.

I'm with you there. Some of the most amazing people I've ever met could have cracked a mirror. Looks are definitely not the end all be all and many wonderful things would be lost in this world if only gorgeous people were allowed to exist.

A completely generalized comment about an entirely hypothetical group of people, none of whom you could possibly identify or even imagine except by your own definition, does not, in reality, constitute anything being done to "them". There is no actual "them" here and nothing being done.

Whether the original comment came from a standpoint of arrogance on my part or a dark and politically incorrect sense of humour, you're all entitled to your disapproval and to let me know that you find it offensive.

I do think though, that you and others here are being puffed up on self righteousness. You've taken something completely abstract and gone crusading over it. It seems pompous and morally grandiose and just as offensive in its own way as that which it attacks. I think you're attributing far too much to it and taking yourselves far too seriously.

Rufus, are you working towards some sort of jerk merit badge or something?

Your "entirely hypothetical group of people" are only hypothetical to you because you can't see them reading what you're writing here.

Maybe you're getting lots of behind-the-scenes rep points praising your edgy, just-call-it-like-it-is swagger, but mostly it looks like you're just enjoying taking broad swipes at people you find unattractive from the safe anonymity of the internet.

even though I have a thing for blonde hair, blue eyes and Nordic features, I have to say, I've seen some real swamp donkeys with those attributes..

Some people obviously don't comprehend the enormity of the horror that gazes back at them in the mirror. If they did, they wouldn't breed.

Yeah, you're so right Rufus. How could we have thought you were making mean-spirited, offensive comments? Where do we come up with this stuff?

You referenced real people in an earlier post. Just because you didn't name them doesn't mean your post was not cruel and offensive. Following that logic racist people aren't offensive unless they list the minority people they dislike by name.

Rufus,

There are two ridiculous and insulting points made by the guy in this blog. One is that the blond, blue eyed people are considered by everyone to be the most beautiful people. Which is utterly ridiculous and disproved by his own attempt to prove it.

The other is the extremely shallow view that attractiveness makes someone superior, that white people shouldn't mate with nonwhites even though they are "intelligent and Well behaved" because they would taint the perfect beauty of the white race (in his opinion not mine, I got me a hot Latino).

While your joke, and I know it was a joke, made fun of his first statement, it supported the second, which is ironic. I find it hilarious that you continue to try to justify it.

The hilarity you mention is counterfeit.
