Is CLA above board?

Does anyone have experience with the Children's Literary Agency? I sent them a query and they responded. Not too sure if they are above board.

There is no evidence that Children's Literary Agency (like ST/Stylus, like the other parts of The Literary Agency Group) has sold a book to anyone, ever.
