failed on getting anything written today - importing a bunch of cd's I never got around to importing. I don't know why.

I love classic 70's rock and oh - can't believe my "Pure Funk" cd's have been mouldering on the shelf!!

Realizing that I'm at that silly in between time already. My regular brown pants look like I'm trying to bust out the zipper, and my maternity brown pants are baggy. I'm going to be pulling them all day.

And I'm terribly glad it's Friday.

Reading an article about a piece of Biblical literature found in a town near the City of David that dates to the 10th century BCE. The translated text confirms part of the story of King David and was written during the period of Judges, which completely contradicts current academic thought that the Bible was written in the 6th century BCE. It also proves mass literacy in the Jewish people to 3,000 years ago.

I love this stuff.

I just got an invite to a friends annual turkey fry. Lots of parents. No kids. Full bar. It's always a good time. YAY!

that happens to me all the time, there are even awkward pauses when I leave voicemails. I'm always very embarrassed after I leave a message.


what am I doing now?
well i'm feeling relieved because my books for next semester seem to be coming to a total of $200, instead of $550 like last semester (that's assuming that the store will have them used when I go get them)

And wondering where the hell the book I just got in the mail came from. I mean, it's awesome to get free books, but I am really confused about getting this one. It is an uncorrected advance reading copy of Weis and Hickmans Secret of the Dragon
