Nobody. According to the article, he was portraying an elf on his own. (He was not part of the mall team, anyway.)

He musta been one scary looking elf. Yikes.

Um. He wasn't staff...he was in line to see Santa. Well, technically to blow Santa up. He wasn't an elf. He does, however, look a bit elfish.
