I have written a fantasy novel. Does anyone have a list of reputable agents for this genre, or is there a thread somewhere on this site that has a list of reputable agents – it actually doesn’t matter what genre they represent.

I would go to agentquery.com and use the pull-down menu to search for "fantasy." It's a good place to start, and the agents there are pretty much all reputable, as far as I can tell from my own research.

After you find an agent you think you want to query, come back to AW and got to the Bewares Forum (http://www.absolutewrite.com/forums/showthread.php?t=792) to search for information that we may have on that agent.
