Searching for a movie...

Hey everyone,

I'm having a little trouble remembering a movie that for some reason has popped in my head.

All I can remember is that the wife of one of the characters died (I think she suffered an aneurysm or something similar) while cheating on him at a hotel. And the guy she was cheating with, did nothing to help and ran away...

Very vague, I know...

But it's haunting me,

How old is the film? Is it from the sixties or a couple of years ago? Just to narrow the search down a bit...
Language? I'm guessing it is in the English language, but I have to ask...

It is indeed in English, and came out within the last 10 years (i think).

Man, I wish I could remember something about the plot...

The only thing that comes immediately to mind is the Clive Owen / Jennifer Aniston flick from a few years ago - Derailed. That probably isn't the film you're looking for though.
