I don't even know if the Rev was alive in the 1960s. ;) Anyway, on with the show:

I hate to see the Rev suffer, and if she starts to cry, I probably won't be able to stand it. (I have a friend who doesn't trust women's tears--he says they're phony--but I'm the opposite. I fall for it every time.)

I was using my real tears to see if Nym might use a real good clue to keep me from crying but now I can't stop.

These players are not even close. :poke:Something's got to be done. Though we're having fun (I hope), the subject of this scramble has had a very difficult time for many years.

I can see it's time for emergency measures. If I come up with any more deliberately confusing clues, you'll accuse me of balkin' you. We wouldn't want that, would we?

(Who is Henry M. Galt anyway?)

I can make the scramble read ATLAS SHRUGGED.The problem is--there's an "S" left over. Yet everything else seems to make sense. In Garet Garrett's 1922 novel The Driver, the main figure is Henry M. Galt and, in fact, a 2004 review of that book by Edward W. Younkins in Le Québécois Libre is titled "Who Is Henry M. Galt."

Next point: An important character in Ayn Rand's 1957 novel Atlas Shrugged is named John Galt, and a recurrent line in the book is "Who is John Galt?"

These things have to fit together somehow, but I'm still left with that extra "S."

Albedo, help meeee!

You get :Trophy: Nym! I don't know how that S got in theres.

There seem to be a few similarities with THE DRIVER and ATLAS SHRUGGED...Galt, railroad, and the way I understand it, some political views.

I've never read THE DRIVER, but ATLAS SHRUGGED is one of my favorites. Come to think of it, I don't think I've even read it all the way through—the John Galt diatribe.
