Let's say I want to show a scene through the lens of a camcorder, I'd write something along the lines of:

CAMCORDER POV

All well and good. But when I'm finished looking through the camcorder, how should I go about re-establishing that we're seeing the scene from a normal point of view?

Sorry I posted this twice. The first time around it gave me an error screen and when I hit back what I wrote was gone.

As with exiting flashbacks, inserts, etc.

BACK TO SCENE:

should do the biz nicely.

1 way is to write it technically which would be-

POV CAMCRDER

blah blah blah blah.

BACK TO SCENE

Way number 2 is to write it exactly the way you see it or it happens.

Jamie aims her camcorder down at the party. She shifts the view finder from one couple to another. Zooms in on MARK and JANET locked in a passionate kiss.

Jamie lowers the camera and smirks.

1 is obvious camera direction while 2 is subtle direction through writing.
