Who to submit to?

Hi, I have a question, and it may be a stupid one, but I've got a great show that I would like to pitch, but who do I pitch it to? Is there a list somewhere of production companies who are accepting submissions? Is there an agent list? Seriously, what do I do with this thing? Please help.

If you want an agent list you can visit WGA.In fact
I myself got a list from there. IMDb is another website where
you can a list of production companies. They charge a minimum for 12$ dollars

Realize it's crap and write a new one.

There's Scriptpimp, Hollywood directory, IMDB Pro. All of these cost. Script Pimp of all the ones I've seen is my personal favorite. These are for producers mostly, though script pimp has both.

WGA has a signatory agent list.

Has anyone outside of you and friends and family read it? Is it ready? You might want some outside feedback, because I know my first one was not anywhere near ready.
