Why can't I order the same books on Chapters (Major canadian retailer) as I can on Amazon??

Amazon.ca or Amazon.com?

Any specific book(s) you're wondering about?

I usually notice this with Non-North American authors. I think the international rights work differently for them. For example, Simon R Green is a british author, and I find I can buy his books months earlier from Amazon.com than from Amazon.ca / Chapters.ca.

Amazon also puts their books up farther in advance than Chapters as well.
