Saw this in a story about DragonCon, on CNN's site, yesterday:

Collective inebriated groups of fellow fans? Big boisterous check.
Ability and desire to randomly yell out phrases, again understood only by fellow attendees? Check again.
Pot, meet kettle? Check.
The whole thing is a bit of a shock to college football fans in town for the season-opening game between Alabama and Virginia Tech, one of whom called it a "freak show."
