Best insurance for a small business/freelancer/entrepeneur?

Ok, I figure that there are quite a few freelancers here who have the issue of trying to find health insurance on their own. I'm gathering info on starting my own business, and I was wondering what you guys do about insurance?

BTW, I posted this here in OP because the business has nothing to do with writing.

I like Dave Ramsey too. I don't agree with everything he says, but I think his advice is pretty solid.
