We need our own brand of Piracy. Every musically-minded kid needs half-a-million bucks a year to pay for the music he would otherwise download illegally so that he has time to practice wearing his headscarf and carrying a knife in his teeth at all times while strumming catchy tunes on his oud.

That would make people think twice.

If the Pirates take Baltic, we'll have to do everything in our power to control Mediterranean, or they'll get the monopoly and start building hotels.

So apparently a Russian "3rd party" (of pirates?) took the boat from some other set of Russian "commerical interests" and now the Russian Navy is looking for it.
