You might want to get in touch with a lawyer, or seek legal advice from someone who knows contract law better than I do. There is a thread on "expert knowledge " in the Discussion section.
Not sure why there isn't already a legal advice area here, as there seems to be a lot of legal-type questions asked at the moment.
