Does anyone know if you do need to write a business proposal before submitting your query to agents? Thanks... Ken :D

I recently asked the same question here (http://www.absolutewrite.com/forums/showthread.php?t=141854), and have researched it online. I'm afraid it won't be lots of help. There's so much conflicting information about how to present memoirs to agents!

I've decided to query it like non-fic, with a proposal and sample chapters ready to go in case of request. Good luck!

Rubbard,
I had an agent tell me that you needed a proposal, but that
it helps to have the MS finished. People on this site have
told me that you must finish the MS. I did my own research,
and found mixed results.
