Didn't see any existing info here about this outlet and figured some would be interested. Couldn't find any info on how they pay, but it is owned by Discovery, so it's obviously legit. More info here:

If anyone here applies for it, I'd be curious to know more about the gig. I think this one is out of my league for the time being but it might be a good mid-range goal for me once I'm somewhat established.

If you, personally are interested in it, I would take two of your clips from DS or wherever as samples and APPLY!! You never know until you try.

If you don't get it you can always try again later. Am I missing a reference to pay rates on the site?

I couldn't find anything regarding payment there either. Maybe if you emailed them they would tell you? Anyway, I get the feeling this is somewhat of a big league gig because it is a Discovery company and it is featured prominently on AOL, but you're right, I should just go for it. I definitely won't get it if I don't try. My biggest problem right now is a lack of experience, which of course results in a lack of confidence. I think I'll be ready to submit my app to DS today and then if I get that gig, maybe I'll look at this one again. Thanks for the encouragement Dawn!
