Well, that article says the $1.6 billion was paid last year, before the economic crisis. I don't think anyone has the ability to turn back time.

But nah, the IRS is not the right tool for getting overpaid executives to disgorge their unmerited bonuses et cetera. I have three words for you: Shareholder Derivative Action.
