The stock markets around the world seem to be recovering some.
Well...that's good news. But wait while I find my ideological secret
decoder ring and see what my tea leaves are telling my ideological
mental thing:
1) not getting a reading yet
2) warm buzz
3) Socialism saves Capitalism again!
4) hooray!

Not sure there's not much else stocks can do but go up?

I'm surprised they went as low as they did...a 22% drop in the DOW in a week or so is really extreme.
I sure hope they keep going up.

I wish I had an extra hundred K laying around. There are several companies, good solid companies, whose stock has bottomed out.
Of course, there are varying reasons about why you shouldn't buy stock that you 'think' has bottomed out, but trust me. These companies are very solid, been around for 20 years, and will be around for 20 more.
Uggg....
The stock price will Easily, rise by a factor of five in the next three years.
So, not to hoard this knowledge for myself. Take a look at Sanmina.

This company has decent potential. They used to kick ass but their management has been in the shitter over the last few years. The conditions are perfect for someone to step in and clean the place up. And even if that doesn't happen. The semiconductor industry is in a lull right now, but the way the technology nodes work, we will be ramping again in a couple of years. In short, we will be back up. Moore's law is still in effect for at least another 8 years.
In fact, maybe I'll start a thread just on this topic.

When the average P/E is 12.7, I think most stocks are undervalued. Yes, there are key problems and the crisis is not over, but you can't say there aren't any great buys out there. In fact, those who bought the day before yesterday are making really nice profits right now.
