Whenever I get an email notification that a thread I am watching has been posted to, it goes to my junk mail folder. When I try to add it to my safe list, I get an error message that there is no address in the FROM line (it just says <Absolute Write Water Cooler Forums>.)
Does anyone know if there is an actual email address behind that so I can direct it to my inbox?
Thanks!!!!
Hey.
Not sure what email program you're using.
In Outlook Express, go to Tools, Message Rules, Mail. Set up a new rule to accept mail containing "Absolute Write".
Any other mail program should have a similar setup.
PM me if you still have questions.

Thank you so much :thankyou: ! I just set up a filter - and I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

I have the same problem. I've added it to my 'safe list' numerous times, but it still goes to my junk folder. I've no idea why....

Celeste,
I did two things:
I added the domain @absolutewrite.com to my Safe List, and
I set up a filter that any email with 'Reply to post' in the Subject is filtered to my Inbox.
This seems to have fixed things :Trophy: .

Thanks, Lane! I'll try that. :)
