Wondering if I should make a blog or a webpage of some of the book that I am now writing so that other can critique it? I already have a webpage but the book does not show up on it. Can ideas?
Put it on a blog if you have no hopes of publishing it. Otherwise, I wouldn't. I have a novel blog with another member here... but we are doing it for pleasure. Once you post it to the web most publishers wouldn't want to see it. You can have a blog that is password protected at wordpress... that way you can post it to the blog and only have your critiquers see it... by giving them the password. You can also set your blog up to be invisible to search engines.

If you want critiques, look around this forum, but don't post your novel in public. If you post it in public, you're giving up some of the first rights to your novel. You really don't want to do that...
Check out the Share Your Work section and Writing Partners section we have here. You might be able to pick up a critique partner.
Or, join a local or online critique group. Lots of options out there.

I don't think a blog is the best forum for sharing your work.

Not a good idea unless you want to join the world of serial fiction (a perfectly reasonable thing to do ^_^).
